Tomorrow Elimor and I are leaving for my next trip to Senegal.
If it continues the same way it started it promises to be an interesting voyage.
On a Monday somewhere in January everything went different than scheduled.
In the afternoon a strange lady came in with the message that an old friend of mine with whom I did not have contact anymore ,sent her to meet me. This was already quite amazing by itself.
She continued telling me she was living in Senegal.
Now she really got my interest.
I asked her if it was okee for her to wait an hour so we would have some time to talk.
We had such a nice conversation but far to short which resulted in the fact that she came to stay with me the next weekend.
During the weekend she told me that 3 weeks prior to her visit to Holland she had had a meeting with one of the most important Marabouts of Senegal who told her to plan a visit to Holland since there was a project waiting for her.
The project will be a clinic for people and racing horses. With the horses she hopes to create some income.
I don't know how the internet connections will be in Senegal but I will try to keep you informed.
